The product you order is an Account, not a code. If it's a membership, its duration decreases over time and cannot be returned once expired, as per Kinguin rules. If it's a game, you can return it only if you haven't played it. Accounts that have been accessed cannot be refunded. Orders are usually delivered within 20-30 minutes. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. After ordering, you will receive all account information, and you can change all the details. Thank you for choosing us.

It may take up to 8 hours to complete your order and deliver the account with the activated subscription. Once you receive the account, you should change all data such as email and password to your own. The product is non-refundable once information is submitted and the account is delivered.

Once you've completed the order form, you'll be redirected to the finalization page. The game you've purchased will be displayed prominently. Delivery typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. After the account is created, your Email and Password will be displayed on the screen.

To update your account's email and password:
  1. Log into the provided Outlook.com account.
  2. Use the credentials to access the specific platform (e.g., PlayStation, Epic Games, Xbox).
  3. Navigate to settings to change your email and password. You'll need to verify changes with codes sent to your Outlook.com email.

To cancel your order on Kinguin:
  1. Go to My Orders on Kinguin.
  2. Find your product and click "Show Key".
  3. Select "Report a Problem" and submit your cancellation request.

Eligible for Refund:
  • If you're unable to start the game or face systemic issues.
  • If you purchased an account by mistake.
  • If you haven't modified account details or started playing.
Not Eligible for Refund:
  • If you've changed account details or linked it to another platform.
  • If you've made in-game purchases or accessed special editions.

  2. Find your product and click "Show Key".
  3. Click on "Report a Problem" and describe your issue.
